There’s a zero width character next to the mentions in the note when submitted via Damus. This was kept to isolate the nupub key from plain text. This is a bug (will be fixed soon) but the only trick to identify if it’s Damus or not

What’s the use case? I don’t think we should encourage it. Otherwise, you start getting into “Sent from my iPhone” territory.
