Eliyahu Weinstein, who previously had a 24-year sentence for a $200 million Ponzi scheme commuted by President Trump, has been sentenced to 37 years in prison for a new $41 million fraud scheme.

This follows his Israeli co-conspirator, Shlomo Erez, pleading guilty to conspiring with Weinstein in 2024.
