I’m calling it. Not sure when. bitcoin will be considered a broken power law.

It will be a power law with a breakpoint in the data and will then follow a different function. It will take years to confirm.

Maybe it will have more than 1 breakpoint.

Can you elaborate more?

The rate of change is dependent on the # of days since the genesis block. It’s possible that the # of days from genesis and the rate of change function will not stay intact. There will be a breakpoint. X days after genesis will follow a new function.

Example

For x = 0 -> 10,000 f(x) = x^5.7

For x = 10,001 -> ♾️ f(x) = x^8

I don't even know what that means!

Same here, tryed to google it but I got even more confused

Is a torque curve an example of a power law?

I've been saying this same thing, most laugh at me

If we got really picky, one might have happened already. It’s amazing that we can even fit a line to this much data. Computers have saved us generations of time. The gov needed something to steal.
