yeah, I don't think that follows, Derek; she was just onboarding like anybody else and I stumbled upon her profile, saw that she had something cool in her bio ("here to ask questions" or something like that) and I wrote that we should give her a proper welcome and that got boosted by a bunch of people and started blowing up from there

she was super nice and would write in very funny ways and it snowballed into something huge

but yeah, she never asked for the attention, the zaps or anything

there's no weird conspiracy here imo
