I use my own Lightning node now, but when I was using Cashu I had it hooked to Amethyst. The NWC connection was fine, but whenever you send a zap, you have to open the wallet and manually confirm the zap before it sends.

They're the same people who run the Megalithic LSP. I'm pretty sure the software they use is custom.
