I'm about to get one. What issues are you having? Anything serious or just that it's not that impressive?
I’m kind of picky about design language and android fails for me on that front. It’s nothing major functionally. Little things do drive me crazy like the keyboard, and notifications I cannot dismiss. Constant system notifications about some process updating … like I need to know it all. I understand that it’s still better to degoogle and things get better over time, so maybe I should be less picky.
Privacy/Security and Convenience are at odds still and will be for some time.
It's a tradeoff balance everyone has to make for themselves.
It should really be an opt-in feature
IMO THE INTENT HAS BEEN BURIED IN THE SETTINGS FOR QUITE SOME TIME. THERES SOME WILD STUFF IN THERE. EVEN IF THE OPT OUT IS AN OPTION INITIALLY, THEY WILL CREEP IN.
OPT TO AN ALTERNATIVE OR A DEATH OF A THOUSAND CUTS. I NEED TO HEED THE WARNING AS WELL.

Seems like Apple's going to be the most secure system on the planet, much more secure than open source software on corporate hardware, but for whom?
Apple and its state intelligence customers of course. Not its users.
Corps/govs are not lying when they say, 'We take your privacy very seriously'.
What they mean is, 'We take all your private data. Seriously'.
