is a call to pay attention to see something more clearly.

sometimes there is real danger and alertness can help you act quickly

sometimes the fear comes from an idea, a thought, a projection, that is not allowing you to be closer to something, to truly see it. when you allow yourself to feel the fear and release the idea, projection, thought, you can see more clearly and be with the real thing.

I'm afraid of saying something stupid here, but if I feel that and release this idea, I stop being so self-centered and I can be here open to learn with what comes

That is actually very open of you and if it helps i havent thought once you said some stupid

haha my eyes filled with tears 😋 that was really nice. thank you!

these questions are so interesting to me, I could spend all day experiencing and answering questions like that. thank you for bringing that here. ☺️ but don't feel pressured to do it more often, it's perfect the way it is.

I love asking those questions and see the nuance or stuff that makes me challenge my own views

Much appreciated and glad you are bere sharing your views 💜🙏

the last paragraph is the best part. less == more (you point to the rest with the last part already)

👍😇

I love when you point my excessive talk. it's not comfortable haha but it's great

your personal experience and how you express it is 🌟 gold

Losing control of your thoughts.

Fear is the intersection of expectation and uncertainty.

That is very well put

Thank you.

It's something that I have considered for quite a while.

very good insight 👍

Amazingly concise.

Yup. It takes me a while to get somewhere, but, the conclusions that are arrived at are usually simply concise and often very cutting due to the sharpness of the idea/concept expressed with precision.

Appearing

Real

A self defense mechanism that tris to keep you in your comfort zone and often restrains you making you feel safer an an environment you already know, while having fear of what you don't know..

I do believe also fear is more often felt when you have a lot to lose, or when you have something so precious for you (not just material things, can be also a bond with someone) that just the thought of losing it it's something you feel you couldn't handle without a big recoil and probably prolonged pain.

Of course since it's a human emotion, I don't believe it's good or bad itself, and that is a tool we have and should know how to handle in order to avoid useless pain, or to avoid being to much static because of the fear to feel pain.

If you feel you have anything to lose, you don't have any fear, but I do believe a person without any fear, xould be a dangerous person.. cause when you don't have anything to lose, you also don't have anything lo live for, equilibrium is always needed IMHO.. ☯️

Discomfort caused by the unknown (frequently what you think you know, but which might be wrong)

Thinking about what might go wrong or badly and being unsure of your ability to deal with the "what ifs".

That’s a hard one.

Expecting danger

I think the same a warning system definitely can be a hinderance sometimes tho

Totally agree. Sometimes the warning system is not in line with reality/what the person’s goals are

The feeling you have towards the unknown.
