I've used Invidious before, but nostr:npub1f6ugxyxkknket3kkdgu4k0fu74vmshawermkj8d06sz6jts9t4kslazcka mentioning it in recent posts made me want to check it out again. It's a pretty cool way to reduce your footprint with Google.

I have created a public Invidious instance for any nostrich that wants to use something hosted by a pleb.

As a dog I will say it's basically just YouTube but no trackers and self hosted

Yes. You can even subscribe to a channel using an account on an invidious instance without a Google account.
