* "mad scientist": novel new protocol stuff

- Robin Linus with BitVM

- Rusty with The Great Script Restoration (maybe a misnomer but the generalized cost function idea is novel work)

- Jonas Nick (with Veronika if I'm not mistaken) (et al?) with Shielded CSV

- Josie Bake with Silent Payments

* "user go up": getting stuff in the hands of users

- Rust for bolt12

- Silent Payments could also fit here

- Luke Childs of Umbrel
