Whenever I get discouraged by the current state of freedom tech adoption, it helps to remind myself that this is a long term mission.

If you're into #bitcoin and #nostr now, you're a pioneer in a global awakening.

It may be a long road from here to a world of freedom: the freedom to transact, the freedom to store your time in a theft-proof way, the freedom to speak your mind.

Day by day it can feel like we're creeping towards our goal. But when you zoom out, it's incredible how far this freedom movement has come.

Bitcoin will win.

Nostr will win.

Freedom will win!

Freedom tech existence and readiness are more important IMO. Sudden mass adoption would probably mean something very bad has happened, which we really shouldn't hope for. Bear markets are for building, and let's hope for a long bear market in freedom tech

I hope you are right. There is little "sexyness" to freedom and the fights against oppression. People are much more concerned by football scores and the latest crypto scam, or marvel movie.

Completely agree. I don't think the path to freedom is necessarily an easy one. There may be lots of pain in between.

It’s important to remember how far back the majority of people are. Just think about the main concept: trust-less money….

The #1 concept regarding money and banking for the average person is Trust.

Going to be a long and painful process for a lot of people
