Well… I’m going to call this one ‘farmhouse style’ cheese. Definitely needs some tweaking.

You’re making me miss out goats and house cow

It’s a lot of work but it’s work we want to do. We are loving spending time with the cows.

Are you milking by hand or have a machine?

By hand at the moment but I can see in the winter a machine might be more appealing.

By hand = bond building

A machine would sure make it easier but you still have to be there every day. We never got around to using a machine
