Did you boil the liquid down or something? It’s very watery

Come to think of it, I just processed the Autumn olives into a paste, basically removing the seeds. So I didn’t “juice” them. What does your juice taste like? Tart, sweet, bland?

I haven’t tried it. I just removed the seeds from these as well but they had a lot of water so there’s a lot liquid. I’d probably have to run my dehydrator for 3 days to make a leather lolz

I guess you can add some to other juices (apple, orange, etc.) to add some character and vitamins. Or boil it way down and then make fruit leather. If it is not very tart (AO is not tart) you can add a little lemon juice.

I think I might try that, as we have too much jam. Thanks!
