In addition it's possible to have a Safaricom line, that's doesn't have an active Mpesa account connected to it.
It's also possible people have too high a balance and a transaction gets rejected.
All that's to say there are a miriad of reasons a transaction might not complete as expected. But rest assured we always refund the BTC if the KES never reaches the destination that was input into the app. 👍
