I don't know who this guy is in Phuket, but they reported that a business in #chiangmai that is no longer taking #Bitcoin but when I spoke to the owner they said they should be still taking it.
I guess staff/manager miscommunication. We are still early.

That's not me but I only saw web3 flyers the day I went and they didn't accept Bitcoin from what I understood.
In retrospect, I should had have written an explicit comment as reference.
Phuket guy here. It was an in-person verification, I asked all the staff, including kitchen staff and no one knew about Bitcoin. It doesn't matter what owner says if the owner doesn't train their staff, the place will keep being reported. They can learn from Chit Hole and at least put a Bitcoin sticker. I saw a Web3 shitcoin sticker in the toilet though, but they didn't know anything about that either
yes its training. They aren't managing things very well and I don't see them lasting beyond this year.
