Phuket guy here. It was an in-person verification, I asked all the staff, including kitchen staff and no one knew about Bitcoin. It doesn't matter what owner says if the owner doesn't train their staff, the place will keep being reported. They can learn from Chit Hole and at least put a Bitcoin sticker. I saw a Web3 shitcoin sticker in the toilet though, but they didn't know anything about that either
