I might be out of the loop on this one, what change did instagibbs propose/implement that is now allowing this kind of stuff to be relayed?
Instagibbs opened and authored the #Bitcoin Core PR for uncapping datacarriersize by default: https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/32406
He is responsible for Core v30 relaying this garbage by default and has been on podcasts defending it.
The guy is a complete and utter fucking moron.
