I do increasingly feel like I'm part of some Nostr Darkweb, for the rebels who don't use TheBigThree.

Same. I have an rss reader for nostr subreddit and I'll comment there, but nostr is the only social media I interact with outside of that. I purged all apps and sign-ins with anything else I used.
