Thank you brother! 🙏 It’s a labor of love to be sure, but it get us out in the forest at a time where we might otherwise just stay inside by the fire. Wouldn’t trade it, and truly hope I can keep up with doing it at least a couple more seasons! Gets tougher every year for my old bones splitting all the extra wood, hauling buckets in the snow, etc.

But every year when it comes time to put out the taps I can’t resist… and when that maple steam is rising and that first taste of liquid gold of the season hits your lips it’s literally magic. 🍁
