I only use Apple Fitness for rowing. Rowing is a hard exercise for me to self motivate so I love having an Apple Fitness instructor guiding me through a rowing workout.

I haven’t really done the strength training on Apple Fitness so I can’t speak to that. But the Peloton Strength app is pretty cool. I like dumbbell training and can build pretty much any workout with the Peloton Strength app. Sometimes it’ll pick out custom exercises that I never thought about doing. And it tracks every set for weight and rep count with an instruction video on how to execute the lift.

Nice! I’ve been using peloton strength classes for years. I was wondering if Apple fitness was a good contender. It’s nice that it works well for rowing

Are you talking about the strength classes in Peloton or have you used this app? https://apps.apple.com/app/id6476712925

I do the strength classes on the peloton website. Very engaging on the big screen monitors. Wife uses the android app on the TV. And then we also track our workouts with the watch. It’s nice that they have an iOS app but I wouldn’t enjoy the classes as much on my phone.

I use this app when away from home. Maybe it could replace it

Ah it’s not available in my region. I guess that explains why I have a different app. Works well.

Oh… I like the Peloton app and the strength classes. The Peloton Strength+ app is more self guided. Either way, way to keep working out! 💪
