I’ve got the Turkey bone broth going.

I thought it’d be ready this morning but it needs a solid 24 hours or more yet.

I’ll probably manually break the bones later this afternoon.

I checked them this morning and they were still a bit tough. So I think we have a ways to go to get all the goodness out of them.
