I'd happily repeal income taxes, and finance the states + welfare needs with #LVT Land Value Taxes and possibly a minor salex tax.

My state doesn’t have income taxes but they just lifted the law where you can only raise property taxes by 1 percent per year. now it looks like there is no limit to the amount they can raise. They have to make up a14 billion short fall.
