I’ve been wanting to try something like this for a while.

Here in Croatia, it’s not common.

I plan to raise Scottish Highland cattle, and since I’m limited by land and herd size, I’m looking for a smart, sustainable way to make it work.

Selling meat alone doesn’t make sense on a micro-farm – but turning it into grass-fed, high-protein beef jerky snack packs just might. Thanks mate!
