Slice up some top or bottom round.

Marinate in soy sauce + a few teaspoons of liquid smoke for a few hours / overnight.

Sprinkle on seasoning as desired (I go with powdered garlic & cayenne pepper)

Dehydrate for 3 or 4 hours at 180F.

I’ve been wanting to try something like this for a while.

Here in Croatia, it’s not common.

I plan to raise Scottish Highland cattle, and since I’m limited by land and herd size, I’m looking for a smart, sustainable way to make it work.
