I’m seeing kids given melatonin as a sleep aid. Although there is a place for supplementation I have a hard stop for anything the body makes endogenously. Lack of sunlight is typically root cause. Melatonin is made through the viewing of early morning sun, bright mid-day, then a good sunset through the retinal pathway. Overuse could have permanent damage breaking the bodies ability to produce naturally resulting in life long need for supplements. We need healthy and strong young Bitcoiners⚡️💜💪🧡⚡️

Yes a nonsense. Our body produces way enough. Our GI tract secrete 400 times as much melatonin as the pineal gland.

I pass on this one, there are much better alternatives as sleep aids.

Good call. Could also increase foods that help too - tart cherry (could make homemade gummies with gelatin and honey), pistachios, yummy foods known to help with sleep issues 😴
