I ate fiat food for dinner. I was hungry and it was convenient and my body is already notably unhappy about it.

Yeah I love Chipotle too, but my body doesn't. They cook with rice bran oil.

I'm not sure what part of the meal always leaves me feeling like garbage, but I have avoided it for a long time now.
