Been going down this hole myself for my cannabis plants...
I haven’t tried it. I’m skeptical. I’d like to try it. If I do, I would be trying to debunk it. But maybe I would be blown away.

100% snake oil. You'd be better off improving your soil biology with good quality compost. The soil food web does everything claimed by this technique and is backed by actual scientific evidence.
There is probably something to it, but i wouldnt expect to see a pronounced effect. You will likely way better results by improving soil and improving your germplasm with selective breeding
