This makes me sad. Fillers don’t look good on most people and they NEVER look good on men. It always feminizes males features. And no I promise you it is not weight gain, I have treated enough patients to know the telltale signs. Most men get better looking with age and should not F with their faces imo.

Are you a plastic surgeon?
Nope a dentist that did a lot of cosmetic dentistry and TMJ treatment in my practice which morphed into a lot of cosmetic injecting, particularly lips and Botox due to patient demand.
It is allowed in most states in the US as long as the provider has received training and certification. Honestly some of the most skilled injectors I know are dentists. We receive more head & neck anatomy than any other degree (plastics & oral surgeons obviously get more in their residencies) so I find that they have less bad outcomes like Spock brows or vascular occlusions and tend to have more natural results.
Have u seen Zac Efron? I don’t get it. Just shows you everyone is insecure to a degree
People aren't built to handle this level of fame, body dysmorphia
Part of it but I found that anyone who regularly gets these kind of treatments are prone to it. I ended up no longer injecting many patients over the years who had obviously developed body dysmorphia, could no longer see their faces clearly, but just wanted more and more.
I suffered with an eating disorder when I was in my late teens and early twenties when I was in the fashion industry, I understand their obsession
