Bitcoin scaling proposals are solutions looking for a problem.

Same selling point was used for every new shitcoin project from 2013-2017 until people realised that scale is not the limiting factor in adoption.

Bitcoin doesn't need to scale unless it stops acting as a financial instrument within the Fiat economy. That can only happen if we as Bitcoiners produce goods and services more efficiently than the fiat economy.

That’s like saying: I don’t need to learn to swim unless I jump into deep water. Well, you won’t be able jump into deep water if you can’t swim. So better learn swimming first ;)

It's like spending all your energy learning how to swim when you live in a landlocked country and have no means of traveling anywhere near the ocean, while ignoring the invading army that's coming to take everything you have and put you in a camp.
