I usually offer to divide the sats back though if it’s a lot so no one feels cheated

Thats very fair of you, I was gonna say that's a winning in zap cred but losing in sats
Yeah, it’s a little backwards seeming, in the early days of Nostr we would do it, and the winners would be the ones to zap the most and win the title
