This keeps me up as well.
For now this place feels like a refuge. Away from people playing the game to get attention, as the algos serve you up something to spike your dopamine or piss you off.
So I wonder how the game changes here. People literally paying you to get attention? That sounds like a step in the right direction.
I wonder how creatorsā minds change about how they make content.
I wonder how consumers minds change and if the feeling of not having wasted time after using Nostr scales to millions of users.
Will attention spans lengthen or when short form vertical endless scrolling comes, will we just fall back into the old traps.
Also whatās fascinating is that Bitcoiners are bootstrapping this network. Many Bitcoiners who I meet are simply fantastic, fascinating people. And they are the ones who will reap the rewards of joining early. Does Bitcoin culture permeate the entire network?
