1. Eliminate vegetable/petroleum based vitamins. These have questionable bioavailability and tax the liver/gut.
2. Eliminate diary supplements, like whey. Reintroduce later via grass fed collagen, if necessary.
3. Eliminate covid-era supplements. Many things, like zinc, shouldnt be supplemented long term (ex: copper imbalance via zinc supplementation causes big problems).
4. Eliminate A1 diary foods and grains. See is gas stops. Eliminate above-ground veggies. See if gas stops. Temporarily reduce to animal products and fruit. See if gas stops.
5. Introduce grass-fed collagen/dessicated organs. These contain all the mivronutrients in their most bioavailable forms.
6. Slowly reintroduce vegetables and diary. Prefer raw (A2) diary. Avoid seeds/unfermented grain.
