I've been looking at getting a VPN. If i remember righly wasn't there an issue with Proton storing data awhile ago ??

Or am i misremembering??

mullvad accepts anonymous bitcoin lightning and supports WireGuard.

They were subpoenaed to log the IP of a user. So with everything on the Internet if you're threat model is at that level use tor
