If you could mine Bitcoin anywhere, where would you choose and why?

Factoring in land cost, energy cost/abundance, climate, network, security, politically-friendly jurisdictions, regulations, etc…

Yes

No but in all actuality, there’s a lot that I have not taken into account. I’m partial to Louisiana simply because the net retail power is relatively cheap, but I have not seen other power rates at different levels either. Climate wise, it’s not ideal. Susceptible to hurricanes, it’s humid, will likely be under water in 20 years, etc. I’m curious where the mecca of Bitcoin mining is

The ocean maybe? Along the equator as @NateHawaii has eluded to. Calm waters, on an OTEC platform. Would have its downsides, but by the numbers...

I need to talk to Nathaniel. Was supposed to have him on my show but plans fell through. I wanna peek into his brain because he’s got something going on.

Their mining operation and leveraging the power of the sea through the ocean is one of the most exciting ideas I've heard in bitcoin this last year.

I truly hope they can begin building an energy infrastructure across the ocean, it has huge potential for all of humanity

The Mecca of Bitcoin Mining…exactly. The sweet spot.

Morocco? Noor1 is generating 160 megawatts of energy covering thousands of acres of desert.

Wow! That is some facility.
