I’m partial to Louisiana simply because the net retail power is relatively cheap, but I have not seen other power rates at different levels either. Climate wise, it’s not ideal. Their mining operation and leveraging the power of the sea through the ocean is one of the most exciting ideas I've heard in bitcoin this last year.
I truly hope they can begin building an energy infrastructure across the ocean, it has huge potential for all of humanity
