This is a gross misrepresentation. The USD Rules book should be a set of 100s of volumes that size or larger...
While Bitcoin's rules should be maybe a 10th of the book on the right.
It’s a copy of Bitcoin Rulse. A rulse is, as you’re well aware, includes a detailed commentary and compendium of cases related to the actual rules that occupy only 2-5 pages typically.
