The information is out there - owning bitcoin is a lot easier and just better than owning real estate. Those moguls surely aren’t stupid, right?
To me it’s a matter of when 🤔 (and i have no idea when)
it seems inevitable to me. buying bitcoin is owning property without having to fix the broken pipes, fix the leaky roof, or pay the gas bill. it seems easier.
They managed to figure out a way to package up debt and make a profit on that. They're creative enough to try anything.
Time will tell. But it will take some time indeed.
I would say it depends on your fiat cash flow needs. If you don't need it, holding corn is favorable. Thus, it shouldn't affect home ownership but may reduce a good share of rental property investmentss.
