Would you feel comfortable spending 7% of the dollar value of your Bitcoin and planning on it never running out?

And don't say "you don't spend your Bitcoin".. that is the same as saying "you don't spend your money". Doesn't make sense.

I don't really understand the question?

Bitcoin has grown 82% per year over the past decade. Even if you spent 7% of its value each year, your dollar purchasing power still grew by about 75%.

So ask yourself: how much do you believe Bitcoin will grow over the next 10 years? Based on that, how much could you comfortably spend each year without shrinking your wealth?

i believe bitcoin will grow less than 82% per year in USD terms over the next decade. I hope it continues to grow at that pace, but that seems unrealistic, the pace already begins to slow when you shrink time periods (4 year lookback, for example).

True, although I will say that the 4-year window is an outlier for now.
