This is my current shower routine, at the beginning of the year I finally threw out all plastic products from my showering process. I’ve decided to remove plastic from my personal life more and more, if not absolute necessary. And it’s getting better!

I believe that sustainable living can be achieved, 1. by more possibilities 2. by changing simple things/habits in lifestyle over time.

Living more in balance with nature is not always easy. But there are ways to figure out and it will, as many things, get easier over time.💚

Now I want to try out how to make my own soap…🧼 and getting more in touch with what my hair really needs.🌿

Hi nostr:npub1995y964wmxl94crx3ksfley24szjr390skdd237ex9z7ttp5c9lqld8vtf ! Good job! 💜

It is not an easy task!

We also tried soap. Its not easy, because it might really dry out your skin. I found out that you can buy liquid soap in form of tablettes. You just add water, and you get liquid soap. You can buy it in paper packaging as soap. Our plan is to try that instead of soap.

Also we make our own washing detergent.

Fun to do these experiments at home. 🫂

Thank you!🫂

Good to know about the drying skin!

Definitely need to earn knowledge about making soap 🧼

Good luck with the liquid soap!😊 I am using different showering products in ‚solid’ form

Definitely gonna have fun trying out at home & probably using self-harvested stuff too💜🌿

Use Shea Butter for the dry skin and every where you don't want wrinkles. A lifetime habit will keep you looking young.

Looks great! :)

Try cold water - check out Wim Hof, he swears by it

Thank you!

Always open and curious! :)🚿

My brother got me some fancy soaps a few weeks ago for my birthday and I'm never going back to a loofah and body wash.

Excellent!✨
