Take a hot ass pan, lots of butter sear the shit of out of steak, lower heat, baste steak with butter till cooked how you like, add salt, eat, enjoy.

Of course the beef is grass only regeneratively raised, the butter is raw, the salt is a mix of Celtic sea salt & pink Himalayan salt.
