We make out own electrolyte drinks with bulk magnesium. Much healthier than what the store provides.
I assume that’s better than magnesium supplements right ?

It would be the same, since a magnesium supplement is one of the ingredients. Technically it's healthier, but that's because my witch adds other healthy ingredients to the concoction.
