Anyone else reading this. Don't bother buying it. Just two words sums up his book the Bitcoin protocol:
Hard Money.
His other books are just good for firewood. Don't even bother finding PDFs online. Not worth using your eyes on them.

Just a Money grab. Skip it.
Ehh... he actively encourages people to pirate his book and makes it available for free.. tough to call it a money grab in those circumstances.
That's a marketing tactic. He knows with enough numbers, many will buy it as they don't like reading on screen or pick it up before a flight etc.
