People get stuck in a mindset, and it can be difficult to break out of it. All we can do is keep making solid arguments. Most, I believe, have good intentions even if their present beliefs don't hold up. Making good arguments, presenting facts, and hopefully not alienating them is the best we can do to bring them along.

this is how I look at food. did people consume it prior to 1900? if so then it likely isnt bad for you as all they had was real, natural food.

to add, its beyond food choices as well. a sedentary lifestyle compounds everything which also never used to be a thing
