Set 3: 15 (decline)
Set 4: 10 (burpees)
About 1 min rest in between sets.
Fuck burpees but everything else looks cool!

What’s wrong with burpees? I do a lot of mobility exercises cause I’m old and my mobility sucks.
burpees get a bad rep
bc they're difficult
I don't like them! That's what's wrong with them! There is a great mobility book by Pavel called Super joints!
