No. But I might pay the $12 for one month to recover the 26,000 sats
I did not have to pay them anything to self-host my own instance of Alby Hub. You might want to look into that first.

No, not using nostrconnect. After downloading the Alby Hub client, I just migrated the old wallet and kept on using Zeus with the old credentials.

with alby hub you get a self-sovereign channel. that only makes sense if you want to use it more often.
otherwise link one of the other nwc wallets - but do your own research
I have an old Alby custodial account set up in my blue wallet. I emptied it, but it continues to get some zaps, but there is no way to retrieve them.
