You sure this is Elon’s explicit choice? I know the EU has been trying to force his hand to shut down certain channels. This could be similar. Not that I trust the man 100%, but he did remove a LARGE amount of old Twitter’s censorship when he stepped in.

Nostr still has him beat because censorship is basically impossible here. But to give credit where credit is due…
