looking forward to reading tonight as i fall asleep with my two cats, smelling lavender essential oils, a soft fan blowing cool air on my face, & thunderstorm sounds coming from my phone

i prefer mint but lavender is just better for sleep, peppermint is more perky so i use that throughout the day
Yes it is! I have a lavender spray at night for that reason.
