i feel like i've become too comfortable for my own good and am not used to "doing the thing" and "putting in the hard work" anymore

so i am in my own way a lot 🤔

recognizing that is the first step!

it's funny to see the inner battle going on

i procrastinate and build a big wall for myself mentally, even if it's something i want to do, and then end up avoiding doing the thing and then blaming myself

have to figure out how to get out of that loop
