100%. Courage is a dying virtue in western men. So many causes behind this, one of which I think is making everything therapeutic and slapping many completely normal male behaviors with a label / diagnosis and therefore a stigma.

Fortunate that I know many individual exceptions in my circle but it’s still the anomaly. Named all three of my boys after boxers to try to instill from the beginning that they will be real men (obviously a name only can do so much). But hoping to buck the trend in how we raise them too. Want them to grow to be old school men of courage.
