Nostr Web Client

Some time ago I saw a Nostr service for creating generic web contact forms that sends messages via NIP-17, but I cannot recall the name. Any help, please?

I would love to see this!

I had built a web contact form and chat widget that used nip-04 but I hardcoded my own relay into it.
