It's all opt-in. I have only ever used the channel backup feature. I don't want to publish any other information abouty node.

It should say they will sell that data on the page next to the enable button.

I agree. I've always assumed this was happening which is why I've never enabled those options. They're a business after all and you're giving them data. Businesses need to make money. Most know data is the new oil. But I guess not everyone realizes these things. More transparency is better.

Being a business doesn't resolve you of all moral obligations. They are a chain analysis company, very evil.

It does not, but if something is free then 9 times out of 10, you're the product. That's all I'm saying.
